1 General Rental Terms
1.1. Right to Rent
To rent a vehicle from Dely RentACars, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old (for some vehicle categories – 25 years)
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
- Present a valid ID card or passport
- Possess a valid credit card for the deposit
Documents
When picking up the vehicle, you must provide:
- Original driver's license
- Original ID card or passport
- Credit card in the renter's name
- Booking confirmation
⚠️ Important: The driver's license must be issued by an EU member state or have an international translation.
2 Reservations and Payments
2.1. Making a Reservation
Reservations are accepted online through our website or by phone. The reservation is considered confirmed after receiving an email confirmation.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include:
- Vehicle rental for the selected period
- Basic "Third Party Liability" insurance
- VAT (20%)

Deposit
💳 Deposit: Upon vehicle pickup, an amount between 500 € and 1500 € (depending on category) is blocked as a guarantee on the credit card.
3 Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Free Cancellation
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the pickup date.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
4 Liability and Insurance
4.1. Insurance
All vehicles are insured with:
- Third Party Liability – mandatory insurance
- Comprehensive insurance with deductible (excess) for damage
Deductible
⚠️ Deductible: In case of damage or theft, the renter is liable for a deductible between 300 € and 800 € depending on the vehicle category.
Renter's Obligations
The renter agrees to:
- Use the vehicle for personal purposes only
- Not smoke in the vehicle
- Not transport animals (without prior consent)
- Not take the vehicle outside Bulgaria (without permission)
- Return the vehicle in the same condition and with a full fuel tank
Fines and Violations
All traffic violation fines are the renter's responsibility + 25 € administrative fee.
5 Privacy Policy
5.1. Data Collection
We collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Driver's license data
- Payment information
Data Usage
Your data is used for:
- Processing reservations
- Sending confirmations
- Improving services
- Compliance with legal requirements
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access to your data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of processing
